MANILA — ABS-CBN has unveiled the official TV trailer for “The Alibi: Ang Buong Katotohanan,” the primetime version of the hit thriller starring Kim Chiu and Paulo Avelino.
The trailer was released Wednesday, February 25, across the social media platforms of Dreamscape Entertainment. It will also be aired at 8 p.m. during "FPJ’s Batang Quiapo" later Wednesday.
The chilling murder-mystery romance follows the story of escort Stella (Chiu) whose miserable life will become even more complicated when she crosses paths with Vincent (Avelino), heir to one of the most influential digital news empires in the country and prime suspect of a high-profile murder investigation of his rival, Walter (Sam Milby). To save his reputation, Vincent strikes a deal with Stella to pose as his alibi.
“The Alibi” cast that includes John Arcilla, Zsa Zsa Padilla, Sofia Andres, Irma Adlawan, Rafael Rosell, Robbie Jaworski, Angelina Cruz, Alyanna Angeles, Alma Moreno, PJ Endrinal, Lotlot Bustamante, Ian de Leon, Romnick Sarmenta, Enzo Osorio, Ayesha Bajeta, Thou Reyes, Alora Sasam, Marvin Yap, Johaira Omar, Yesh Burce, and Kim Tubiano.
The series, which was first streamed on Prime Video, is directed by acclaimed directors Onat Diaz, Jojo Saguin, and FM Reyes, and under the production of ABS-CBN’s Dreamscape Entertainment.
"The Alibi: Ang Buong Katotohanan" is airing beginning March 16 at 8:45 p.m. on Kapamilya Channel, ALLTV2, cable, and iWant. It will also be available on A2Z, Kapamilya Online Live, and TFC.
