After officially stepping into the acting scene under Star Magic, Robbie Jaworski looked back on a year filled with growth, gratitude, and creative discovery.
In an exclusive interview with PUSH ABS-CBN, Robbie opened up about how his projects The Alibi and the film Meet, Greet, & Bye helped reshape not only his craft but also his confidence as a newcomer in the industry.
Playing the role of a younger brother alongside seasoned actors Paulo Avelino and Rafael Rosell, Robbie described his experience working on The Alibi as deeply fulfilling.
“Napaka-fulfilling na experience iyon. Ang dami kong natutunan sa sarili ko and I honestly think na it let me also discover new love for acting and the process of storytelling so sobrang saya ko and it was such a big blessing and I learned so much,” he said.
Despite being a first-time television actor, Robbie admitted feeling touched and relieved by the warm reception of viewers of the series.
“Nakakataba ng puso na as an actor and somebody who is working, parang may level of satisfaction and also a sigh of relief bilang baguhang actor. Hindi ko rin alam kung papaano tatanggapin ng mga tao so kapag nalalaman ko na medyo mainit yung pagtanggap nila, it’s a sigh of relief na thank you hindi ako nagkamali,” he admitted.
Robbie also expressed his gratitude for working closely with fellow Star Magic artist Angelina Cruz, whom he described as easy and enjoyable to work with throughout the project.
“The dynamic was really fun. It was easy, pleasant and very enjoyable to work with Angelina throughout the process of acting and getting to know each other. It was so smooth.” Robi described.
As both took on their first teleserye, Robbie shared that having Angelina on set helped lessen the pressure of working alongside big-name stars.
“I'm grateful din kasi sobrang nakakaintimidate yung mga kasama namin on set an malalaking pangalan na mga artista so being with Angelina as someone also na nasa industry na medyo kabisado niya na rin yung industry more than me, being her first teleserye got to relate with me so I'm grateful for the experience,” he said.
During The Alibi media conference, Robbie previously described his role as Edward Cabrera as both nerve-wracking and inspiring.
“It’s such a blessing to be part of this cast,” he said. "Sobra akong kinabahan. In my head, I was like ‘Oh my god! It is Paulo Avelino in front of me.’ All the lights and the camera, I was so nervous but at the same time, as a fresh actor, I feel so incredibly blessed because during the lock in cycle, we got to establish certain dynamics or relationships with each cast member. I feel so privileged na.”

Aside from his first television project, Robbie also expressed gratitude for the trust given to him through his cameo role in the box-office hit Meet, Greet & Bye.
“The word gratitude is what comes in my mind na I'm so grateful na they decided to cast me and choose me to be part of Meet, Greet & Bye. It's an honor and great experience to be part of the film,” he expressed.
Reflecting on a year filled with milestones and firsts, Robbie shared that his proudest achievement goes beyond work.
“The proudest moment of this year, pagdating sa konteksto ng trabaho na this is the most challenging of my life and din personal I became closer to my family and loved ones so I'm thankful for that,” he stated.
