MANILA -- Screen veterans Rosanna Roces and Roi Vinzon ended their "FPJ's Batang Quiapo" stint as their characters were killed off in Wednesday's episode.
In the latest episode, Brando (Vinzon) was killed by Ramon Montenegro (Christopher de Leon), while Divina (Roces) was killed by the show's lead character Tanggol (Coco Martin).
It will be recalled that Divina betrayed Tanggol and his friends, resulting in the deaths of people close to Martin's character.
The character of actor Paolo Paraiso as Jason was also killed in the action-filled episode.
In a social media post, Dreamscape Entertainment and CCM Film Productions expressed gratitude to Roces, Vinzon and Paraiso for being part of the popular action-drama series.
"FPJ's Batang Quiapo" airs weeknights at 8 p.m. on Kapamilya Channel, ALLTV2, and iWant. It's also available on A2Z, Kapamilya Online Live and TFC.
