MANILA -- Paulo Avelino and Kim Chiu will bring their chemistry and talent to screens in different parts of the world as their Prime Video series “The Alibi” is set to stream in more than 240 countries and territories.
“Excited ako dahil maraming Filipinos all over the world,” Avelino said in an interview held in Quezon City, Wednesday. “We get to give them a chance to watch a local show abroad, kung anong bansa man sila. And we get to introduce it to some foreigners, makita nila kung paano tayo gumawa ng show.”

Chiu shared their global reach continues to surprise her, recalling how her earlier project, "Linlang," drew viewers from unexpected countries.
“Shocking. Nakakatuwa. Nakaka-amaze and shock,” Chiu explained. “Noong time ng Linlang, kilala pala sa Tanzania, Kazakhstan, Madagascar. Bilang Pilipino, gusto mo ma-introduce sa ibang bansa kung paano gumawa ng serye. Nakakatuwa.”
The suspense drama Alibi debuts Nov. 7 on Prime Video.
