Maxie claimed that she has apologized to the person involved already and they have “moved on” from the incident. Despite this, she acknowledged that assaulting someone isn’t right and she has since then learned from it.

The Drag Race Philippines season 3 winner added that there are people guiding her now and making sure that she won’t repeat the same mistake that she did in the past.

“Mali talagang manakit tayo… Hanggang ngayon, pinapangaralan pa rin ako,” she said.

Netizens have mixed reactions with the public apology she did on her Instagram Live. Meanwhile, the transwoman that was assaulted by Maxie has yet to break her silence as of writing.
