Awra Briguela made sure she’d have a memorable birthday this year as she celebrated it in style. On her Instagram account, she showed a glimpse of her glamorous birthday celebration, which was attended by her family and friends.
Awra turned 22 years old last March 26.

The Kapamilya actress had her celebration at the Aquila Crystal Palace in Tagaytay, Cavite and the place was brought to life by event stylist, Tei Endencia. Awra all smiles as she posed for the cameras for the behind-the-scenes peek of her birthday celebration.
“Surrounded by so much love, held and supported by the very best. This night was more than just a celebration, it was a reflection of the people who make my life so meaningful,” she wrote.
Awra expressed her gratitude to everyone who celebrated with her and made her 22nd birthday a special one. She also shared how thankful she is for the team who made her celebration as enjoyable as possible.
“To everyone who showed up, celebrated with me, and shared this moment, thank you from the bottom of my heart. your presence alone meant everything to me,” she expressed.
“To the people behind this beautiful celebration, who poured so much love and intention into bringing this vision to life… thank you for making it all feel so magical,” she added.

Previously, Awra revealed that she is putting her career on pause as she shifts her focus on getting a college diploma. She has been vocal about pursuing further education after she graduated from the Senior High School program of the University of the East.
Apart from her plans on obtaining a college degree, the Kapamilya star previously revealed that she has plans to have surgery for her gender reassignment in the future as she identified herself as a transgender woman.
“Yung moment na gusto ko mag-transition na babae talaga. Before, sinasabi ko lang na gay lang ako –– bakla lang ako. Kasi wala akong balak mag-transition… Kuntento na ako na ito lang nakakatawang bakla or like bakla lang na nagkakagusto sa lalaki,” she previously shared.
“Pero, nung nasabi ko na gusto kong mag-trans, gusto kong itrato akong babae, gusto ko yung tingin sa akin babae,” she added.
