Alexa Ilacad marked a new milestone as she broke ground on her future real estate property in time for her birthday.
On Instagram, the actress shared the update with her followers, writing: "Another milestone happened last month, on the day of my birthday — we broke ground on my future holiday home! 🤍"
She added: "It’s my home away from home, my chill space far from the noise and closer to family."
In the video, Alexa and her family joined the groundbreaking ceremony.
During the event, Alexa also brought a cake to the site to celebrate her birthday.
Fans online were quick to congratulate Alexa on this new milestone in her life.

Back in February, Alexa also marked her 26th birthday with a photoshoot that embraces self-love and empowerment.
In the said photoshoot, Alexa showcased striking gender-bending looks, portraying both herself and her male alter ego. "Meet the love of my life. #26th 🎂 ‘ALX & ALEXA’ 02.26.20," she wrote in the caption.

Alexa is currently part of Your Face Sounds Familiar as one of the contestants.
She recently made headlines with her impersonation of Rufa Mae Quinto in the show. She performed "Booba" for her impersonation.
On X (formerly Twitter), Alexa shared that she previously impersonated Rufa Mae during the show’s camera test.
"Actually, hindi po talaga ako nag-audition for YFSF. 🙈 But during our camera test, pinag sample ako ng kaya ko daw gayahin.. eh wala pa naman akong experience sa impersonation noon so nilaro ko nalang at kumanta ako ng 'Booba' because I love ate P-chi (Rufa Mae) so much! 😂" she posted.
As an actress, Alexa has appeared in various drama series including Bagito, The Good Son, The Killer Bride, and Pira-Pirasong Paraiso.
She has also ventured into hosting, recently becoming one of the regular hosts of Pinoy Big Brother.
