“Inside that 13 years I was there so when you say that '13 years and I still love you,' where was I?”
Kapamilya actress Alexa Ilacad uttered those words back in 2019 when asked by King of Talk Boy Abunda. The Pinoy Big Brother host expressed her confusion after seeing the message Nash Aguas had for Mika Dela Cruz who would later on become his wife.
Despite Alexa and Nash never becoming an official couple, the former shared that they had a mutual understanding and she was present in the “four to five years” out of the 13 years the actor previously mentioned.

In the same interview, the Kapamilya star maintained that she didn’t want to be pitied by the people as she just stated what she knew at that time–– in those 13 years, she was also there.
“When I said na napaisip ako reading that, I did not mean to sound like sinisiraan ko siya, na masama siya, na I am so kawawa, I didn't mean that, I just said it as it was,” she previously shared.
“I want to exclude myself from them, from their life. I just want to cut it and leave it in the past,” she added.

In 2022, Alexa was then interviewed by Karen Davila where she stated that she has already forgiven Nash from the pain he caused her. Despite this, she expressed that they aren’t friends but she has already found her peace.
“We are not friends, but I have forgiven him even if he never really said sorry or asked for forgiveness… It’s okay. I forgave him for my own peace of my mind and for the peace in my heart,” she expressed.
True enough, the Kapamilya actress moved on with her life and starred in several shows and films after the incident. She was recently part of the hosting line up for the successful season of Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition where she hosted the online show alongside Kapuso actor Mavy Legaspi.
Meanwhile, Nash and Mika tied the knot back in 2024 through an intimate ceremony held in Tagaytay City which was attended by their family and friends.
