The Philippines’ Queen of All Media Kris Aquino revealed that her procedure set this week was rescheduled due to high blood pressure. In her Instagram Story, the celebrity mom admitted how nervous she was and that she had trouble sleeping.
Kris has been battling several autoimmune diseases and has been receiving treatment for it. She previously stayed in the US for some time before she headed back to the country in 2024.

“Nervous, having trouble sleeping. My procedure was [rescheduled] because my BP (blood pressure) last night was too high,” she wrote.
In her Instagram Story, she snapped a pic of the IV fluid she’s been taking while giving an update to her millions of followers.
“My heart is overwhelmed. Praying for PEACE,” she ended.
Kris didn’t disclose the type of procedure she’ll be having but netizens have offered their prayers for her on social media. Her fan account on Facebook has previously shared that she was supposed to undergo a minor operation.
Just last December, the Queen of All Media asked her followers and fans to continue praying for her and her health. She expressed how heartbreaking the holiday has been for her.
“The Christmas-New Year break has been ‘heartbreaking’ - kakayanin ko pa ba? Prayers please, [I’m] sorry for asking again,” she previously wrote.

Kris has also previously shared how grateful she has been for the past year especially for her sons, her medical team, and everyone that’s been helping her and her family get through this battle.
“Maraming bago in 2026 sa buhay ni Bimb at buhay ko. Please continue to help us pray for unwavering faith that the new year can only get better. To my followers & all praying with me, I’m alive because of your prayers for someone you don’t personally know but have adopted as one you feel deserving of your time in prayer. Lilipas ito at makakabawi ako sa kabutihang loob ninyo,” she shared.
“My body is at its weakest but my spirit is still #fighting,” she ended.
