The Philippines’ Queen of All Media Kris Aquino requested her fans and followers to continue praying for her. In her Instagram Story posted on December 29, the celebrity mom shared an update on her current condition and shared how “heartbreaking” the holiday break has been for her.
Kris has been battling several autoimmune diseases for years and has been receiving treatment for them. She even left the Philippines for some time to seek treatment in the US and only came back home to the country in September last year.

In her Instagram Story, she can be seen lying on the bed with a face mask on while her son, Bimby, wearing what seemed to be a fever patch on his forehead, was lying in another bed. The actress didn’t disclose any details as to her son's condition.
Kris then took the opportunity to seek prayers from her fans and followers on social media and even apologized for asking again.
“The Christmas-New Year break has been ‘heartbreaking’ - kakayanin ko pa ba? Prayers please, [I’m] sorry for asking again,” she wrote.
Earlier this month, the Queen of All Media was all smiles as she posed for a photo with her physician, Dr. Geraldine Zamora. Fans were happy to see Kris as it was the first sighting of her since her last update back in November.

Previously, Kris was in isolation after her surgery and has been constantly updating everyone about her health journey as she goes through the treatment plan planned by her medical team.
“I’m not yet in full remission but the red flares that felt like my face was BURNING and my all night dry cough have lessened. Let’s keep praying. God is listening,” she previously shared.
She has also maintained and assured everyone that she will continue fighting against her autoimmune diseases.
“I promised myself bawal sumuko. I need a goal, something for all of us to look forward to,” she assured.
