Newlyweds Loisa Andalio and Ronnie Alonte opened up about the heartfelt moments, last-minute jitters, and intimate preparations that led to their surprise wedding in a series of videos shared on their joint YouTube channel.
The couple gave fans a closer look at the planning behind their big day, from Loisa’s emotional gown fittings to their excitement over choosing their wedding rings.
In the first part of the vlog, Loisa visited a local bridal boutique with close friend and celebrity makeup artist—and Ronnie's cousin—RB Chanco to find her wedding gown. RB, who has been with the couple for years, became emotional upon seeing Loisa in a wedding dress.
After finding what she liked, Loisa was visibly moved during her final Rosa Clará gown fitting with RB, breaking down in tears as the final look came together.
“Second fitting na namin and excited ako. Sana perfect na siya,” Loisa shared, adding that everything had to be flawless since “isang beses lang ito.” (one time only).
Ronnie, meanwhile, documented his own preparations, including the fitting of his suit by designer Paulo Lazaro and shopping for shoes for his groomsmen. While he admitted he had no idea what Loisa would be wearing, he shared his excitement over their Cartier wedding rings.
“Yung wedding ring namin ni Loisa, ako na muna magsusuot. Excited na ako isuot ito,” the actor-athlete said.
The couple also visited their wedding venue in Tagaytay, where they shared how they envisioned the setup for their special day.
As the wedding drew closer, nerves began to set in—especially for Ronnie. In the second half of the vlog, he tried to calm himself while getting ready.
“Last minute na. Hindi ko alam anong feeling ko,” he admitted. “Hindi ko maramdaman yung tuhod ko. Bakit ganoon?”
Ronnie also shared that his brother flew back home to attend the couple’s wedding: “Last minute na. Hindi ko alam anong feeling ko. Yung Kuya ko umuwi pa galing sa US. Hindi ko na alam nangyayari parang halo halo na.”
The ceremony itself was filled with raw emotion. Loisa became tearful as she walked down the aisle, while Ronnie was unable to hold back his tears. The vlog ended with a message from the couple: “The journey doesn’t end here,” followed by a tease, “Plot twist coming soon.”
In an earlier video, the couple also shared moments from the hours leading up to their intimate ceremony, including reactions from family members. Loisa revealed that the wedding was almost postponed.
“Dapat mapopostpone pa ito. Naku po buti na lang hindi dahil si panibagong isipin na naman iyon. Dapat December 1 pa ito pero thank you Lord sinakto niya talaga na anniversary namin ni Ronnie,” she shared.
One of the highlights of the wedding was the exchange of vows. In tears, Loisa reflected on their nine-year relationship.
“Nine years na tayo magkasama at sa bawat taon lalo kitang minamahal. Nakita ko kung paano tayo binuo ng bawat luha, away, pagod, saya at bawat tagumpay. Hindi naging madali ang lahat para sa atin pero hindi ako natutong sumuko dahil lagi kang worth it,” Loisa stated.

She added: “Beh, salamat dahil sa araw na pagod at puno ng takot, ikaw ang laging pahinga ko. Sa tuwing nadadapa ako, ikaw ang unang humahawak ng kamay ko para tumayo ulit. Sa mga tagumpay, ikaw ang unang gusto ko yakapin. Salamat sa walang sawang pagmamahal at pag-aalaga."
Ronnie responded expressing how ready he felt to begin this new chapter. “Grabe nine years na tayo! Ito pala feeling na handa. Ang smooth lang ng nangyari from engagement papunta sa wedding. Ang sarap sa feeling!”
“Nandito ako sa likod mo kapag may problema ka. Marami na nating nasurvive na problema pero maraming salamat sa pagtanggap sa akin ng buong-buo,” he continued.
Loisa and Ronnie announced their engagement last November, coinciding with their ninth anniversary as a couple. Hours after sharing their proposal video, they surprised fans again by announcing that they were already married.
In a post shared after the wedding, Loisa expressed her gratitude for the love and support they received.
“Mas lalo naming nararamdaman kung gaano kami ka-blessed. Hindi namin maipaliwanag kung gaano kasaya ang puso namin ngayon at gusto naming iparamdam sa inyo kung gaano namin kayo pinahahalagahan,” she wrote.

“Sa pamilya at kaibigan namin, salamat sa lahat. Salamat sa pag-suporta sa bawat desisyon namin at sa pagmamahal ninyo. Ang saya ng puso namin dahil kasama namin kayo sa espesyal na araw na ito,” she added.
