Miss Grand International 2020 first runner-up and Pinoy Big Brother alumna Samantha Bernardo took to social media to share the exciting news of her pregnancy.
On her Instagram page, Samantha revealed that she and her non-showbiz husband Scott Moore are expecting their first child.
“Our little miracle is on the way. 🧡✨ Thank you, Papa God, for the gift of life. 🤰We’re so grateful for our @geneplanet_philippines NIPT for giving us peace knowing our baby is healthy. 🥹 Gender reveal coming soon… what’s your guess? 👶,” Samantha wrote in a post.
In the carousel of photos, Samantha and Scott can be seen holding a sonogram and a pair of baby socks as they posed by the historic Galata Tower in Istanbul. The videos were seemingly shot during the couple’s trip to Turkey earlier this month.
Fellow celebrities and friends such as Melai Cantiveros Francisco, CJ Opiaza, Emmanuelle Vera, Raf Juane, Samantha Panlilio, Ara Arida, Vickie Rushton, Max Collins, Eian Rances, were among those who quickly filled the comments section with congratulatory messages for the couple.
“Yay!!! Congratulations mare!!! ❤️,” Jervi Wrightson, also known as Kaladkaren, said.
Celebrity mom and former Miss world Megan Young stated, “So happy for you, roomie!!!😍😍😍 congratulations!!!”

In a separate post, Samantha thanked everyone for their overwhelming messages.
“Thank you so much for all the warm greetings. We feel so loved. 💕 Cheers to new beginnings and the start of something new. ✨ ,” she said.
Prior to the announcement, Samantha first teased that she will be revealing big news soon.
“A new chapter began here… one we’ve been holding close. Big announcement tomorrow.” 🧡,” she said in a video post of her wearing an orange dress while Scott kneeled offered her flowers.
Following her pregnancy reveal, Samantha attended this year’s Star Magical Christmas event 2025.

Samantha and Scott tied the knot in April 2024 in an intimate Cebu wedding attended by her closest friends from the pageant and entertainment industries.
In an exclusive interview with PUSH ABS-CBN last March, Samantha shared her joy in living a private and peaceful married life.
“Ang saya kase my husband is non-showbiz. Nagulat nga siya na parang 'Samantha Bernardo married a non-showbiz.' Sabi niya, ‘Oh my God I don’t have even a name in the column,'” she shared.
She also talked about how much they enjoyed traveling and their plans to grow their family.
“Honestly, privacy is power. I’m so happy because I travelled 22 countries if I’m not mistaken for the past year. Nakakapagod but these are the moments that I will cherish kasi kapag nagkababy na kami, baka hindi na ‘to mangyari,” she shared.

“Nakakatuwa lang, nakakataba ng puso. Too good to be true sometimes, but I’m so grateful for everything that’s happening in my life,” she added.
Samantha, who just turned 33 this year, shared how she embraced her early 30s with honesty, courage, and reflection.
