Celebrity couple Kyline Alcantara and Kobe Paras shared their Christmas wishes and holiday plans during an event for online fashion and lifestyle hub ZALORA on Wednesday, December 4.
The two were announced the newest ambassadors as the brand officially launched its 12.12 Year-End Sale, which runs until December 15 on its website and app.
Kobe expressed his heartfelt wish for Kyline, saying, “Christmas wish ko for Ky is for her to be healthy and to have more work.” Kyline, in turn, shared her wish for Kobe, saying, “Christmas wish ko sa’yo… I hope… everything na nangyari in the past ay magheal na, and of course, lahat ng dreams mo ay makamit mo, especially ‘yung basketball.”

When asked about their personal Christmas wishes, Kobe lightheartedly answered a house and lot. As for Kyline, she said, “Actually, I’m contented right now po so wala naman masyado.” Completing the sentence "All I want for Christmas is…," she answered, “All I want for Christmas is my family, that’s it.” Sharing her holiday plans, she said, “Pupunta po kami sa Bicol, sa hometown ko, at ‘dun lang kami with my family. And hopefully, sumama si Kobe.”
Talking about their New Year’s resolutions, Kyline explained why she doesn’t believe in them. “It’s more of like if you want to start something or stop something, I should do it now. I don’t need to wait for the New Year to do it,” she said.
Now that the holidays are fast approaching, the two were asked to share their go-to fashion styles during gatherings. “Go-to fashion look – maybe something red, something sparkling for the holiday season. A sequined skirt and just a simple top, that’s it. I want to be comfortable also kasi malay mo, may Christmas party games, di ba?” she said lightheartedly. Likewise, Kobe prioritizes comfort. “For me, something baggy, oversized so I choose something that’s comfortable.”
Meanwhile, the couple also expressed their gratitude towards their latest endorsement. Kobe revealed learning about the project first from their handler. “I told her [Kyline] that, you know, we’re going to be ambassadors for this Christmas, and she didn’t believe me at first,” he shared. Kyline admitted feeling both humbled and in disbelief, expressing how significant it is to be part of a major brand like ZALORA alongside Heart Evangelista.
