MANILA — Filipina middle blocker Maddie Madayag has concluded her stint with the Kurobe AquaFairies.
Madayag announced the development Wednesday in an Instagram post, saying goodbye to her Japanese squad after one season in the SV.League.
"And that's a wrap! Thank you @kurobeaquafairies for the chance to live out one of my dreams," Madayag said.

She also expressed pleasure in wearing a blue jersey once more — somehow, a lookback to her Ateneo days when she donned the Blue Eagles uniform.
"Although a different shade, it's been a pleasure donning a blue jersey once again," Madayag added. "Peace out, #19".
