MANILA — Leo Austria once again called the shots for San Miguel on Wednesday after undergoing an angioplasty.
The champion tactician was grateful for another chance to coach San Miguel, which won over Converge, 126-114, in the PBA Season 50 Governors' Cup at the Araneta Coliseum.

Austria kept his presence in the squad, despite stepping back from coaching duties from the past six games due to his heart condition.
"Thanks God I was able to have another opportunity to coach the team," said Austria to open the postgame press conference.
"I would like to thank the people who helped me, for saving my life," added Austria.

In his first game back as coach, Austria admitted that he just let the nerves flow and get a grip of the game.
"At the start, I am really nervous because I'm just trying to feel the rhythm of the game. And I'm so happy because even though I'm not coaching in the past six games, I'm always in the practice, trying my best to be with the team, to inspire them," he said.
"They wanted me to coach, I'm here. [I'm] thankful dahil baka I think baka 99 percent na okay ako."
