The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) has rolled out a new campaign that embraces its unique contrasts and sets itself apart as a global destination.
"Only in Hong Kong" was recently showcased to trade stakeholders in the Philippines, one of the city's most important tourism markets.
"The Philippines continues to be one of the top Southeast Asian markets, and we are incredibly grateful for the continued support Hong Kong receives from Filipino tourists," HKTB regional director for Southeast Asia Liew Chian Jia said in a statement.
"As the tourism landscape evolves, with visitors having more options than ever before, we want to give Filipino travelers even more compelling reasons to keep coming back," she added.
"Only in Hong Kong" showcases both the city's bustling energy and its secluded natural escapes, favoring colorful and authentic moments over polished, conventional imagery.
The global campaign retains the tagline "Asia's World City," highlighting Hong Kong's cultural mix of East and West.
Emirates' autism-friendly program

After Cebu, Emirates has expanded its travel rehearsal program for neurodiverse children to Clark International Airport in Pampanga.
The program brought together 22 students, their parents and guardians, and 8 teachers from Hand Prints School of Progressive Education and Beyond Play Learning Center.
During the three-hour rehearsal, they were guided through key stages of the airport journey, from check-in and immigration to the security screening and boarding process.
Emirates, the world's first autism-certified airline, noted that the unfamiliar sights, sounds, and routines of an airport can be overwhelming for neurodiverse children.
"Making travel more inclusive starts long before a customer boards a flight. It means recognizing that every traveller experiences the airport differently and working with our partners to make travel more accessible," said Khalid Al Zarooni, Emirates' country manager for the Philippines.
