Following the events of Billy’s (Kathryn Bernardo) social media account getting hacked, resulting in the cancellation of the investment deal between Love List and Alvin’s (JC de Vera) company, Billy’s team promptly looks into the circumstances in question.
Altogether, Charm (Mary Joy Apostol), Toni (Kat Galang), Marj (Gela Atayde), Blaire (Verna Joy Periwinkle), and Jordan (James Reid) come across the malicious reviews found on Love List, which leads Jordan to shut down the access point but also reminds Billy that they aren’t completely safe until they track down the hacker.
Valerie’s (Daniela Stranner) name gets mentioned again at the same moment when Billy’s team monitors her livestream. As Valerie speaks to her followers, she implies the recent issue involving Billy and feigns concern for Love List’s current state.
Before anyone notices, Billy quietly walks out of the office and goes to Valerie, who is departing the mall while vlogging. Keeping her composure, Billy directly asks whether or not Valerie knows anything concerning the hacking incident, especially if she is paying someone to do the dirty work for her.
With sarcasm, Valerie only dismisses Billy’s questions and proceeds to walk away. Standing firm, Billy grabs Valerie’s arm and strongly states the serious damage caused by the hacking, further saying that they will certainly proceed with legal actions.
Continuing to deny her involvement, Valerie reminds Billy that bad karma exists, which conveys her never-ending hatred aimed at Billy.
Right when Billy is about to leave, Valerie doesn’t stop throwing insults and speaks about Billy being abandoned by her ex-fiancé Alvin (JC de Vera), a painful experience that Valerie also compares to the terrible fate of Billy’s late mother.
