The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Jhong Hilario is known as a talented television and movie personality, as well as one of the core members of the "It's Showtime" family who never fails to amuse the madlang people with his natural flair for comedy and hosting.
And it looks like his daughter Sarina Oceania Hilario, or Sari—now four years old—has inherited that ability to make people laugh (but probably with a whole lot more charisma. Peace, Kuys Jhong!). Because, how does she manage to bring so much joy without even trying? Every time Sarina appears on "It’s Showtime" alongside her dad, there’s always a cute or heart-melting moment waiting to happen. It’s no surprise, then, that the bubbly little girl has won over the hearts of many.

The video montage opens with Sarina’s very first appearance on "It's Showtime," when she surprised her daddy Jhong during his birthday celebration in the August 11, 2023 episode. She was only two years old then, but she already knew exactly how to make her daddy’s heart swell simply by being the sweet little girl that she is. Viewers were also delighted when she did her “What’s up, madlang people?” greeting for the first time.
Next on our list, Sarina charmed fans as she cosplayed Rumi from the animated musical-action film "Kpop Demon Hunters" during another one of her dad’s birthday productions on the show, in August last year. Sarina, and Jhong, who was dressed up as Jinu, performed a song from the movie.
And then their Christmas number last December 17 was very much at a “Magpasikat” level. From singing "Christmas In Our Hearts" to dancing to the tune of "All I Want for Christmas Is You," the duo gave viewers an adorable, festive treat. Jhong also expressed his wish for Sarina to grow up with strong faith and, in time, appreciate the blessing of being able to make people happy through her talent.
We’re pretty sure your social media feed picked up on Sarina's viral appearance in the December 20 episode, where she played in a special kiddie edition of 'Laro Laro Pick.' Spectators were amused when guest host Lucas Andalio asked her, "Pogi ba tatay mo?" during the interview portion. And then Sarina was left speechless—though her hilarious facial reaction said it all, prompting Jhong to react in jest, "Anak, huwag mo akong pahiyain dito, anak."
So when Sarina participated in the same segment again last February 24, Jhong made sure to revisit the question. When he asked his little girl, "Pogi ba si daddy?" Sarina finally didn't freeze anymore, as she cheerfully replied, "Opo!" Vhong Navarro quipped that the child had likely been coached backstage. LOL!
Jhong and partner Maia Leviste Azores welcomed their beloved firstborn on March 27, 2021. Ever since, fans and followers haven’t been able to get enough of Sarina's cuteness.
