Luna (Maymay Entrata) and Ivan (Jeremiah Lisbo) finally confess their feelings for each other in the finale episode of “Roja.”
As the ruckus caused by Emil (Joel Torre) finally comes to an end, the characters move forward to new chapters in their lives, including Luna and Ivan. Luna tells Ivan that once La Playa Roja reopens, she will return to the island to continue working.
Ivan jokes, asking how Luna could possibly leave him, but then seriously wonders how her younger sibling, Sheila, would manage without her. Luna assures him that her sister can handle it. Their conversation shifts to the resort, “Babalikan mo ‘yong traumatic memories mo sa isla?” Luna counters that she isn’t coming back for that.
“Kasi lahat ng nangyari, nakabaon na siya dito [sa utak at puso].” Luna admits she still sometimes wonders why everything happened. “Kasi kahit anong gawin ko, wala akong nakikitang maganda sa lahat ng mga nangyari.” Ivan interrupts, saying the one good thing that probably came out of it was meeting him, though Luna denies it.
A smile forms across Ivan’s face, “Luna, I think I'm in love with you,” he reveals. Luna teases him for confessing first. “Sige na, ako na din,” she says, finally admitting her feelings for Ivan too.
