Greta (Lorna Tolentino) confronts Wendy (Janice de Belen) about her past relationship with Magnus (Raymond Bagatsing) in the January 8 episode of “Roja.” After their secrets are revealed to their children, Greta and Wendy---who were once best friends---now face a jeopardized friendship marked by betrayal. Though Wendy feels sorry for how things turned out between them, Greta harbors ill feelings toward her.
Wendy sincerely asks about Liam’s (Donny Pangilinan) condition, but Greta remains silent. “Greta, puwede ba tayong mag-usap nang maayos?” she asks later on, but Greta avoids the conversation. Wendy then questions Greta what she could have possibly done to ruin Greta’s family. “Ano pa ba’ng iniisip mong kasalanan na puwede kong gawin sa’yo?”
Greta glares at Wendy. “Sa tingin mo, iniisip ko lang? ‘Yong sampung taon mong pagkakakulong, ako ang sinisisi ng lahat. Pati ng asawa ko. Pero hindi nila alam, you deserve it!” Greta responds furiously. “Dahil mas masahol ka pa kay Ayen (Yassi Pressman) at sa lahat ng naging babae ng asawa ko!” she adds.
Greta follows her remarks with a revelation, “Kasi ikaw… kaibigan ko. Matalik na kaibigan. Pero pinatulan mo pa rin ang asawa ko. Kaya ikaw ang pinakahayop sa kanilang lahat!” Shocked that Greta knows about her and Magnus, Wendy tries explain further, but Greta stops her.
“Matagal ko nang kinikimkim ito, Wendy. Pinapalampas ko lang. Pero nakikita ko at nararamdaman ko, balak mo pa ring agawin sa’kin ang asawa ko!” Greta says. As Wendy denies Greta’s accusations, she furiously slaps her.
Magnus suddenly enters to stop the two from escalating their argument and takes Greta to another room, away from Wendy. Left with a bleeding nose, Wendy cries in despair.
