In an unexpected move to get closer to Patrick (Joshua Garcia), Mia (Anne Curtis) accepts the invitation to hold a writing lecture for the patients of OK Hospital.
Mia starts by asking who among the patients still believes in fairytales. Bella (Bianca De Vera) raises her hand, saying she does because she’s a romantic and those stories prove that love conquers all. But, Mia says fairytales are nothing more than proof that people tend to escape reality. She uses "Cinderella" as an example, which Kai (Louise Abuel) interprets as a story about destiny. Mia disagrees, saying the story actually shows how harboring resentment only leads to more trouble, and that Cinderella should’ve kicked her stepfamily out from the start. She also challenges Tommy (Bodjie Pascua)’s take on "Pinocchio" being about honesty, insisting instead that it’s a lesson in self-acceptance—if you’re made of wood, then own it.
An awkward silence follows. The patients and nurses are confused by Mia’s statements, especially when she adds that fairytales should be read to wake people up to the truth that love is just an illusion. Patrick, sensing how inappropriate Mia’s message is for the patients, gathers the courage to call her out.
After the lecture, Mia follows Patrick around the hospital without a care, despite his clear attempts to keep his distance. She confronts him, asking why he doesn’t smile at her the same way he does with his patients, or why he no longer shows the same warmth he gave her “that night.” Puzzled, Patrick asks what night she’s referring to. Mia replies that it happened in a dream, which she reenacts by performing the butterfly technique she learned from him, but with sensual moaning that distracts the nearby patients and puts Patrick in an even more uncomfortable spot.
Frustrated by Mia’s persistence, Patrick walks away, but she raises her voice to stop him, blurting out an open invitation for a one-night stand. He quickly pulls her aside to a more private area where no one can hear and scolds her for her stubbornness and delusions. But to Mia, what Patrick sees as delusion is simply her being honest.
She insists she can see in his eyes the feelings he’s trying to hide. Love, even hatred, both of which contradict the calm and composed persona he keeps showing to the world. Mia accuses Patrick
of pretending to be okay with being boring and serious, when deep down, he also wants to let go and have fun.
Later on, Doc Anok (Bobot Mortiz) talks to Patrick and asks how Mia's class went. Patrick says it went fine, although Mia did say a few strange things. Doc Anok laughs at the comment, noting that Mia seems to have taken after her mother’s creativity.
Surprised, Patrick asks if Doc Anok knew Mia’s mother. Doc Anok simply says yes, but before Patrick can ask more, the doctor brings up the viral video of Mia defending Matmat (Carlo Aquino) during his public meltdown at her book signing. This leads Doc Anok to ask Patrick his thoughts on the public's speculation about Mia's violent tendencies and possible antisocial personality disorder. Patrick falls silent for a moment, remembering the time Mia pushed Dennis (JV Kapunan) down the stairs and when she pulled the hair of the man who attacked Mamat.
Growing more curious, Patrick asks how someone can be diagnosed with such a disorder, to which Doc Anok explains that while a proper diagnosis requires evaluation, there are telling signs, such as ignoring rules and doing reckless things without caring for their own or others’ safety. He gives an example—someone who slaps another person for no reason at all, just to satisfy the impulse, without any sense of guilt for causing harm.
At this point, Patrick admits that Mia shows signs like these, and asks what causes it. Doc Anok explains it could be a mix of genetics and life experiences. Noticing the concern on Patrick’s face, he adds that the condition can’t be cured, so it requires lifelong management.
That afternoon, Patrick escorts Matmat to his therapy session. Doc Anok offers Matmat the chance to paint the blank wall in the facility’s indoor library, much to Matmat’s delight, especially when he finds out he’ll be paid for the project. The doctor assures Patrick that he is sure about the plan, and explains that it’s part of Matmat’s therapy. Besides, he believes Matmat can deliver because he’s a gifted artist.
The next day, commotion breaks out at OK Hospital after Junjun (Albie Casiño) escapes from his room, sending the nurses into a panic. The staff grows more anxious knowing Patrick, the only one who can usually calm Junjun down, is still on his way to the facility. The situation turns chaotic as Junjun runs wildly around the hospital, flashing other patients and nurses, and even pushing one nurse into the pool during the chase.
Nurse Olivia (Maricel Laxa) then uses the situation as an opportunity to confront Nurse Eden (Agot Isidro) about her team’s failure to control Junjun. But before the tension escalates further, the nurses spot Junjun on the security monitor and sees him getting in Mia's car.
Nurse Pogi (Aljon Mendoza) immediately calls Patrick to inform him of what just happened.
