Following their heated altercation with Tanggol (Coco Martin) and their family at the polling place where they cast their votes, Jackie (Angel Aquino) and Miguelito (Jake Cuenca) lambasted Roberto (Albert Martinez) as soon as they got home.
They blamed him for hiring incompetent goons who repeatedly failed to carry out his orders for them with regard to finishing off Tanggol. Acknowledging that it’s somehow his fault, he told them that what they need this time is “damage control”, which he suggested can be done by making the public believe that his sister, Olivia (Chanda Romero), is already deranged and that everything she said during their quarrel was not true.
As he asked her to tap the help of her minions in burying the controversy, Jackie said that it’s going to be impossible, especially the one regarding his sexuality. Roberto told her that he would take care of that since it’s his personal life, so she didn’t have to lead him around. Jackie argued that regardless of whether people believe it or not, everyone in their family is already involved in the issue.
Since he wasn’t able to get confirmation from his mom, Miguelito tried to get a response from Roberto regarding Olivia’s revelation about his gender. As he went on to mock him by saying how stupid he was for thinking that he was perfect, Roberto clapped back by implying that it’s a shame that his perception of him instantly changed just because of his real sexuality.
Miguelito continued to chastise Roberto about how his shocking secret would ruin not just their family but also his political career and life in general. Completely vexed by everything that he just uttered against him, Roberto strongly punched Miguelito in the abdomen and reminded him that he wouldn’t be where he is at present if not for him.
Despite being in pain, Miguelito went on to mock him by insisting that he doesn’t owe him anything, as well as expressing how thankful he is actually that he’s not his father. This infuriated Roberto anew, so he mercilessly strangled him to ingrain in his mind that he contributed so much to who he has become at present. Miguelito’ righthand man Jason (Paolo Paraiso), quickly interfered to stop Roberto from almost killing his boss.
