It’s the first morning of Patrick (Joshua Garcia) and Matmat (Carlo Aquino) at Mia (Anne Curtis)'s mansion. With the place already cleaned and breakfast prepared by Patrick, the three enjoy a meal together before the brothers get ready to head to OK Hospital.
Everything seems to be going well until Matmat recalls that this is the same house where their mother, Tess (Meryll Soriano), once worked. He remembers standing by the gate as Tess told him, “Okay na Matmat? Nakita mo na kung saan nagtatrabaho si Nanay.” A flashback then shows that exact memory, with Tess entrusting Matmat to Patrick and promising to work quickly so she could return home soon. She reassured her sons not to worry because the Hernandez family is treating her well.
Back in the present, Matmat brightens at the thought that Mia might have known his mother. But Patrick apologizes, explaining that he already asked Mia, who said she couldn’t remember because of the many people who had worked for their family. Matmat is left disheartened, wishing Mia had met their mother, who was nothing but kind.
