Along with his return to Maravida with Matmat (Carlo Aquino), Patrick (Joshua Garcia) begins a new chapter as he starts working as a nurse aide at OK Hospital, a psychiatric facility where Gemma (Kaori Oinuma) helps him secure a job under her recommendation.
His first encounter as part of the staff is with Cynthia (Alora Sasam), a patient diagnosed with dissociative identity disorder. Among her many alters is an 8-year-old girl named Little Chin Chin, and it’s revealed that her condition is largely triggered by past trauma involving her father.
Cynthia begins to throw a tantrum, but Patrick quickly figures out how to calm the patient. He learns that she likes candy, so he promises to give her one if she agrees to take her medicine. He’s also introduced to two more patients: Zelda (Anna Abad-Santos) who struggles with depression, and Kai (Louise Abuel), who is in treatment for alcohol use disorder.
