Trending over the past few days, from their time inside Kuya’s house until their eviction as the second pair, Star Magic artist Eliza Borromeo and Sparkle actor Marco Masa were welcomed on the December 3 stream of Kapamilya Chat, showcasing their blossoming pairing.
Aside from the interview, which detailed Eliza and Marco’s short-lived journey on “Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0,” their effortless connection shone even more when they took on the “Blind Task Challenge.”
As simple as stacking four layers of rainbow-colored cups into a pyramid, the challenge takes a twist: one player is blindfolded while the other leads them on where to place each cup. They take turns, giving both players the chance to build and to guide.
Taking a bold initiative, Marco steps up as the first blindfolded player, with Eliza serving as his mental instructor. The young actor’s competitive side subtly emerges as he immediately strategizes, seemingly memorizing the first layer’s lineup to make the subsequent layers easier to assemble.
He completes the second layer without delay but stumbles slightly on the third. Eliza doesn’t have to worry much about guiding him, as he quickly and steadily places the final purple cup on top.
The two share a brief celebration, with Eliza gleefully clapping and remarking on how Marco made the challenge seem “basic.”
On Eliza’s turn, Marco offers a brief but heartfelt encouragement before reminding her to follow the same strategy, especially to ensure the first layer’s row is properly aligned.
Eager to complete her turn, Eliza jokingly calls Marco “boy,” clearly showing how much they’re enjoying their playful interaction in the game.
She smiles throughout the construction of the first layer, even as she wavers on the second and third layers. While Eliza is in high spirits, Marco remains gentle and patient, laughing off her last move when it clumsily topples the pyramid of cups.
