Just when Tindeng (Charo Santos) and Roda (Joel Lamangan) thought that nobody was able to follow them on their way to the hideout of Tanggol (Coco Martin) and his group, they were shocked to learn from Ponggay (Maris Racal) that the Quiapo Police were about to attack them as per Rigor’s (John Estrada) command.
Unbeknownst to them, Rigor and Mando (Allan Paule) were tailing them everywhere they went until they reached the shipyard. As soon as Rigor was able to confirm that Tindeng and Roda indeed met with Tanggol and his group, he immediately gave Vice Mayor Roberto Guerrero (Albert Martinez) a ring to relay to him that they had already found them. He then ordered Mando to call the police station to ask for backup from their troops, which the latter reluctantly obeyed in fear that Tindeng and other innocent people are going to be caught in the middle.
At the station, Hector (Aljur Abrenica) and Ponggay were shocked to learn from one of their comrades that Chief Dimaguiba asked for backup since they had already found Tanggol and his group. As Hector quizzed their colleague about why they were not notified about it, the latter conveyed that it was their commander’s instruction not to include those who were part of the unit that allowed the Montenegros to escape.
While Hector was obviously peeved, Ponggay, on the other hand, was anxious that Tanggol and his group might either get caught or be killed. Thus, she immediately dismissed herself from Hector, who checked on her following the tragic deaths of her parents, Mauro (Richard Quan) and Linda (Aleck Bovick), the night before, and quickly headed to the restroom to secretly call Enteng (Jojit Lorenzo) and inform them about the attack of the Quiapo Police at their hideout.
Tanggol advised Tindeng, Roda, and Marites (Cherry Pie Picache) to immediately leave even before they get caught in the crossfire, with Andoy (Kuya Bata) and Kulas (Robert “Bantay” Antonino) accompanying them. Ramon (Christopher de Leon) then asked Bulldog (Mammoth Estroso) and Tanos (Big Mak Andaya) to ensure the safety of their abductee, Lucio (Ronnie Lazaro), by taking him along with Tanggol’s family and their friends.
Despite his old age, Don Julio (Tommy Abuel) insisted on staying and joining in exacting revenge against the Guerreros. The Montenegros and Tropang Tanggol proceeded on positioning themselves as they prepared for the arrival of the police.
