Unbeknownst to Leah (Shaina Magdayao), Samuel (Gerald Anderson), Diego (Tirso Cruz III) had convinced Judge Santos to reject her daughter’s petition to gain custody of King (Clave Sun). When Leah confronts the judge, she suspects Samuel of coercion--but it was Diego who intervened.
However, Diego’s favor comes with a price. He demands that Samuel track down Roldan (Joko Diaz) and Jacob (JC de Vera) Rivera and have them killed.
Samuel later on resists as his moral compass won’t allow it. Instead, he considers alternative plans, such as gaining Diego’s full trust before completely going against him.
