The Gen Z housemates of “PBB Collab 2.0” were confused by an object (cassette player) in the living room, hence the wildest guesses, with Lee Victor calling it a “casket” and saying he’s only ever seen one in movies, while Eliza Borromeo tried her best to explain it as an audio tool paired with a "CD na rectangle." They looked at it like it was an ancient artifact until they learned, much to their wide-eyed surprise, that it was just a cassette player. It turned out the housemates had never seen one in real life.
After Kuya dropped the announcement via speaker that there was a message waiting for them and that they needed to find the cassette tape to access it, the housemates scrambled around in a mini scavenger hunt that ended almost too quickly when Fred Moser spotted the hidden item. But things got even more 'chaotic' when the boys struggled to load the tape properly, repeatedly trying to insert it with case and all, not realizing they had to take it out of the case first. OMG. A we-are-so-digital moment!
Once the cassette finally played and a mystery man teased his upcoming entry as the newest houseguest, the housemates went into guessing mode trying to identify the voice, with Lella Ford picturing someone “na may bigote." A bunch of them guessed it cool be Luis Manzano, while Sofia Pablo was quick to threw in her own theory saying it might be Ruru Madrid. But our favorite description would have to be Miguel Vergara's hilarious statement that it sounded like Big Brother “‘pag bagong gising.”
