A brutal shootout erupts between Samuel’s (Gerald Anderson) men and the Rivera brothers. Amid the chaos, Samuel hides Diego (Tirso Cruz III) for his safety, while Johnny (RK Bagatsing) is desperate to take his father away from danger himself. Diego chooses to go with Samuel.
As rapid gunfire rains down, orders echo: “Remember, hindi sila pwedeng mamatay!” as ordered by Samuel, and “Patayin silang lahat!” from the police, under Diego’s command.
Roldan urges Jacob (JC de Vera) to escape, but the latter refuses. A sniper’s bullet hits Roldan. Eventually weakened by the gunshot, Roldan is captured by Samuel’s men. Jacob, enraged, continues the fight alone for his brother.
Diego fumes over Roldan’s escape. Samuel, hiding his betrayal, assures Diego he’ll “fix everything”—even though it was his own sabotage that ruined Diego’s plan.
Roldan later wakes up in a locked room, furious with Diego, thinking he was the one who captured him. “Kung papatayin mo ‘ko, patayin mo na ‘ko! Walang hiya ka, Tanda!”
Unbeknownst to him, this was part of Samuel’s plan. He intends to use Roldan as a state witness against Diego. It’s Roldan’s only shot at survival. Samuel, now playing both sides, pushes forward with Oplan Bakunawa—the raid at the scam hub that could finally expose Diego’s operations.
