After their dinner date, Hector (Aljur Abrenica) accompanied Ponggay (Maris Racal) going home as his way of showing how fervent he is in courting her. Upon learning from her that nobody in her family was home, he attempted to make advances to her by asking for a kiss from her.
He tried to coerce her by reminding her that he treated her to dinner and by forcing himself on her, but Ponggay was able to evade his flirtatious approach and told him that it’s not how things should be.
Unexpectedly, Lola Florie (Perla Bautista) arrived at the scene and threatened to whack him with her trusty bolo, as she caught him harassing her beloved granddaughter. Even though she was annoyed by how arrogant and egotistic he was, Lola Florie still invited him to stay in order to get to know the admirer of her granddaughter.
Mauro (Richard Quan) and Linda (Aleck Bovick) suddenly arrived, startling everyone as they came in quarreling. They were distracted by the presence of Hector, who introduced himself as the boyfriend of Ponggay. Of course, Ponggay strongly refuted it, but Linda still got upset at her, as she really assumed that her stepdaughter even managed to have a lovelife when they were already struggling with money and the unresolved case of Dimples (Criza Taa).
Hector tried to sweet-talk Mauro and Lola Florie into allowing him not just to court Ponggay but to also marry her, which totally appalled them. Just when he thought that he had already gained the favor of her family, Mauro and Lola Florie were seemingly disgusted as well by his haughtiness, so she cautioned her against him.
Ponggay also expressed her utter dislike of him and explained that she only went on a date with him because, aside from her wanting him to stop pestering her, he’s also her boss.
