Plump Blossom —an animated feature made by Filipinos about a warm-hearted and food-loving princess from ancient China who seeks to save her kingdom—is unveiling its original motion picture soundtrack on major streaming platforms this August 10, 2026.
Seven tracks from the full-length film will make their way to Spotify, Deezer, Pandora, Amazon Music, Apple Music and YouTube. Leading the list is the romantic ballad entitled “Under One Moon” performed by New York-based theater artist Paulina Natasha Yeung and Manila-based singer-actor Paeng Sudayan. The other tracks to debut August 10 include the instrumental musical score pieces “Kingdom of Prosperity,” “Palace Morning Bustle,” “Dance of the Plum Blossom,” “Lucky Vibes,” “Blossom of Delight,” and “Toward Victory.”
The film’s voice cast stars trilingual host Candice Tan as Princess Ruo Hua, former MTV Philippines VJ Don Puno as General Jian, book author Gutch Gutierrez as Chef Bao, church pastor Chad Williams as General Feathers, content creator and chef Thunderson Tan as Wen the Chef’s assistant, church pastor Yeng Her as Yuan Yuan the Pekingese dog of Princess Ruo Hua, and actor and singer Audie Gemora as the Emperor. This wholesome family movie is produced by Kapitana Entertainment Media and rated G (General Patronage) by the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB).
Plump Blossom opens exclusively in cinemas on September 23 during the Mid-Autumn Festival season.
As Plump Blossom is the first Filipino full-length AI-assisted animated film, the creators wanted the music to be as compelling as its visuals. “The music became the story’s emotional heartbeat,” explained writer-director-producer Kapitana Rossana. “Our creative team wanted the audience to feel transported—not only visually but sonically.”

“Under One Moon,” one of two central love songs created specifically for the main character Princess Ruo Ha and her beloved General Jian, speaks of the longing of the princess and the general to be together as the latter goes off to battle.
The drop on August 10 is just the first set, as the more evocative melodies of the Plump Blossom OST-- including a song by star Candice Tan--will be unveiled on September 23.
