Sarah Geronimo expressed her pride and joy for BINI after the Nation's Girl Group received this year's Global Force Award at Billboard Women in Music in the United States.
In a statement reported by Billboard Philippines, the Popstar Royalty reflected on her own experience receiving the same honor last year and shared how meaningful it is to see BINI carry that recognition forward.
"Receiving the Billboard Women in Music Global Force Award is such a meaningful achievement. I once said this award represents courage and hope — courage to break barriers, and hope that Filipino music can reach and inspire the world. Seeing you now carry that message makes us all proud and even more inspired," she remarked.
Sarah also highlighted BINI's dedication to elevating Filipino talent on the global stage.
"Through your passion and dedication, you continue to elevate the Philippine music industry by showing the world the immense talent and heart of Filipino artists," she stated.
The "Tala" hitmaker concluded her message with empowering words for the group: "Thank you for proudly representing our country. Keep shining, and never be afraid to break boundaries and be whoever you want to be as artists. Congratulations again, BINI!”
BINI took home the Global Force Award at the Billboard Women in Music 2026, held at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles on April 29 (U.S. time).
During their acceptance speech, BINI thanked Billboard for the honor, dedicating the award to their fans and the OPM community.
"Thank you Billboard for this Global Force Award. Standing here tonight is something we BINI could only dream about. We are deeply honored to be given a chance to represent Filipino music and artists back home," BINI Colet remarked.
She went on: "This is not just a milestone for us but also a responsibility we carry with so much pride. We also want to acknowledge our co-awardees tonight who we look up to. We are big, big fans of yours. We can’t believe we’re in the same room breathing the same air,” she added.

BINI Jhoanna, for her part, shared that she hopes BINI’s journey will inspire young girls to pursue their dreams. She also expressed the group’s gratitude to ABS-CBN for believing in them from the very beginning.
The recognition comes on the heels of a major milestone for the group, who recently made history as the first all-Filipino act to perform at Coachella.
