Content Creator and "Lumpia Queen" Abi Marquez just dropped her latest single with Asia’s Romantic Balladeer, Christian Bautista, earlier this week. The two collaborated on making a heartfelt remake of the beloved Jose Mari Chan song, "Let Love Be the Gift."
The song is now available on all music streaming platforms.
Christian, who produced the remake of the song, shared how he decided to have Abi join him in singing the classic Christmas song.
“Christmas has always been about love, family, and sharing joy. To sing this song again, this time with Abi, feels like a gift in itself. She’s proving herself to be a multidimensional talent, and I hope people will enjoy listening to this side of her,” Christian shared.
The latest version of "Let Love Be the Gift" is musically arranged by the legendary Homer Flores and was released with the blessing of the veteran singer himself and his label, Signature Music Inc.
While both Christian and Abi are both under the same management, NYMA Talent Management, the two have long been close friends which was one of the other reasons the song was just a perfect match.
Despite Abi being known for her food content, she has always had a love for music as she previously took voice lessons even before becoming who she is today in the social media world.
The song showcases the natural charm, engaging presence, and the sweet sincerity in her voice. Balancing this was Christian’s own timeless vocals–– together, their duet blossomed into a heartfelt celebration of Christmas.

“I never imagined I’d get to record a song—much less a Christmas song with Christian! It was such a dream come true, and I hope people feel the joy we felt while making it,” Abi expressed.
Apart from releasing the collaboration, fans could look forward to the music video as the holidays draw nearer.
