Abi Marquez aka the "Lumpia Queen" has added another feather to her cap after making history at the 2025 International Business Awards.
The Filipino content creator became the first and only recipient of the newly introduced Gold Stevie for Most Innovative Content Creator of the Year, a category honoring creators who redefine digital engagement and storytelling through social media.
Also marking a milestone for Filipino representation, Kat Bautista, Chief Operating Officer of NYMA, Abi's management agency, won a Silver Stevie for Best Female Entrepreneur, another new category introduced in 2025. She is the first Filipina entrepreneur to receive the recognition.
Dubbed the world’s premier business awards program, the International Business Awards are open to individuals and organizations worldwide, across industries and sectors. This year’s competition drew nominations from businesses and professionals representing 78 nations and territories.
Winners will be honored at a gala banquet on October 10 at the Corinthia Hotel in Lisbon, Portugal.
Back in May, Abi won the Food Blogger Award at the World Influencers and Bloggers Awards (WIBA) in Cannes.
As per wibaawards.com, WIBA 2025 is the "seventh edition of the global award, honoring the remarkable talents, opinion leaders, and the most influential personalities in the social media world."
Abi also bagged three awards at the 46th Annual Telly Awards including Online Series award for Abi’s TikTok, Food & Beverage award for her Mabuhay World Campaign, and Social Video for "Gordon Ramsay Doesn’t Like My Beef Wellington" vlog.
According to tellyawards.com, the Telly Awards "is the premier award honoring video and television across all screens. Established in 1979, the Telly Awards receives over 13,000 entries from all 50 states and 5 continents."
In April, Abi was once again nominated for the Annual Webby Awards under the Creators - Food & Drink category, marking her second consecutive nomination following her Webby People’s Voice Award win in 2024.
She was nominated alongside international digital food creators, including Joshua Weissman, Andrew Rea (Binging with Babish), and Olivia Tiedemann.
The Webby Awards, often referred to as the "Oscars of the Internet," honor excellence in digital content. Out of over 13,000 entries across various categories, only the top 12% are selected as nominees.
In May 2024, Abi became the first Filipina born and raised in the Philippines to win at the Webby Awards.
