MANILA -- KC Concepcion is making her comeback as a singer via ABS-CBN's Star Music.
A photo of Concepcion with the Star Music team was uploaded on social media as the record label teased her "new era in music."
"She's back, radiant as ever—and brewing something truly special," it said.
It was in 2008 when Concepcion released her debut album "A.K.A Cassandra."
This was followed by her second album "KC," which she launched two years later.
Just last August, Concepcion made a return as the United Nations World Food Programme's goodwill ambassador.
