Prime Video announced that it is set to release its new Filipino romance-drama series Love Is Never Gone on May 8.
Produced by ABS-CBN Studios and Dreamscape Entertainment, the series is set in Morocco and combines elements of romance and suspense.
The series is headlined by Joshua Garcia and Ivana Alawi.
Joining the cast are Jameson Blake, Jane Oineza, Michael de Mesa, Epy Quizon, Fyang Smith, JM Ibarra, and Dina Bonnevie.
Love Is Never Gone follows the story of Teo (Joshua) who "is a devoted son who dreams of a better life for his family. He falls victim to Yana (Ivana Alawi), a cunning thief known as 'Chameleon,' but soon learns she steals out of desperation to care for her sick mother. What begins in anger turns into love, forged through shared loss and sacrifice. However, Yana's ties to a crime syndicate lead to betrayal and Teo's wrongful imprisonment, leaving him convinced she destroyed him," as per press release.
Years later, after being pardoned and returning to the Philippines, Teo attempts to rebuild his life, only to be stunned when he realizes that Ace Verona’s (Jameson Blake) wife, Gem, bears an uncanny resemblance to Yana. Driven by a desire for answers, he immerses himself in her world, where he uncovers dark secrets surrounding the powerful Verona family and the truth behind Gem’s sacrifice that led to his freedom.
"Caught between love, betrayal, and the corruption of a ruthless clan, Teo is forced into a final reckoning where passion, vengeance, and survival collide—proving that love endures even after betrayal," the press release added.

Love Is Never Gone is helmed by award-winning filmmaker Emmanuel Palo (Sta. Niña, 2012) alongside Jojo Saguin (Linlang, 2023; The Alibi, 2025), with the screenplay written by Ayi Tamayo, whose previous works include Dirty Linen (2023).
Meanwhile, Joshua recently starred in the family drama film Meet, Greet & Bye and the Philippine adaptation of It's Okay To Not Be Okay, while Ivana was last seen in the hit action series FPJ's Batang Quiapo.
