MANILA -- New characters were introduced in the primetime series "FPJ's Batang Quiapo" on Thursday night.
In episode 584 of the hit action series, Cholo Barretto (Enrico Gomez), Gerard Pizarras (Joaquin Navarro), Jon Achaval (Jaime Ferrer) and Archie Adamos (Diosdado Ilagan) were introduced as members of NADCOM (National Anti-Drugs Commission).
In Thursday's episode, the NADCOM members arrived at the pier where the illegal drugs transaction between the families of Montenegro, Guerrero and Kwon was happening.
Early this week, the action-packed series introduced the characters of screen veteran Leo Martinez (the drug lord Mr. Kwon) and Angeli Khang (Mr. Kwon's granddaughter Veronica). The Kwons have entered into a drug deal with the Montenegros who are being protected by the Guerreros.
"Batang Quiapo," which debuted in February 2023, airs weeknights at 8 p.m. on Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, Cinemo, A2Z, and TV5. It's also available on iWantTFC and TFC.
