Mark your calendars, Filipino ENGENE! A virtual reality (VR) concert featuring K-pop boy group ENHYPEN is heading to Manila in November, its local promoter announced Monday.
The concert experience, "ENHYPEN VR Concert: Immersion," will be shown exclusively at the Gateway Cineplex from November 20 to December 6, Wilbros Live said in a press release.
Tickets will go on sale at noon on November 8 via Gateway Immersive's official website.
The VR concert transports audiences into ever-changing sets, vividly bringing ENHYPEN's performances to life before their eyes, according to Wilbros.
It also features interactive elements, such as a heart effect that appears on screen whenever a viewer makes a heart-hand gesture, and an option that allows fans to focus the screen on any of the seven members.
The VR concert began screening in August, with showings scheduled in cities across Asia, North America and Europe, based on a notice on fan community app Weverse.
Formed through the 2020 survival program "I-LAND," ENHYPEN consists of Jungwon, Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo and Ni-Ki.
Since debuting in November 2020, the septet has captivated listeners worldwide with tracks and videos centered around the lore of them being dimension-hopping vampires. Their notable songs include "Polaroid Love," "Bite Me" and "Bad Desire (With or Without You)."
