Jessica Sanchez happily showed her daughter Eliana Mae Gallardo during a press conference via Zoom organized by her longtime friend and concert producer Raymond "RS" Francisco, just before her Manila show on May 16 at the Araneta Coliseum.
Sanchez then told the press, including ABS-CBN News, that she will be bringing her "chunky" daughter to Manila. Her husband Rickie Gallardo was also spotted on Zoom, displaying a wholesome family moment.
With excitement, Sanchez announced, “My baby is coming with me.”

When asked about her motherhood journey, the 30-year old Fil-Am vocal powerhouse replied, “I'm only 5 months postpartum. It's extremely hard. The first two months were quite difficult. My body has never been through anything like that before. There were several things going on. But I continued fighting.”
She went on to share the changes she experienced after becoming a mom, adding, “Being a mother has made me lot more comfortable with myself. I used to be scared and shy when discussing things like this. I'm much more at ease with my body now. My baby is healthy.”

Winner’s advice
Before winning the popular show "America's Got Talent" in 2025, which reopened many doors for her in the music industry, the pride of the Philippines failed to score grand champion titles in numerous singing competitions.
Sharing her advice for every Filipino "kontesera" in the Philippines, the “AGT” champion told ABS-CBN News, “There's only one winner this season, but there's always next year.”
She continued, “There have been many amazing talents who have participated in singing competitions but did not come close to winning yet have thrived in their careers.”
Encouraging aspiring singers, she added, “So just putting yourself out there on a stage, challenging yourself, giving yourself the experience, and being in front of these new eyes, sharing your talent with people, is already a step toward success.”
“It's a long journey. Everyone's journey is different, and that's what makes it so beautiful,” Sanchez concluded by reminding everyone to never give up.
