SB19 is set to become the first P-pop group to perform at Lollapalooza. The annual music festival will run for four days from July 30 to August 2 at Grant Park in Chicago, US.
Live Nation Philippines shared the news on its social media pages on March 17.

Fans were quick to react to the news with excitement to see Pablo, Stell, Josh, Ken, and Justin conquer yet another global stage.
“Congrats MAHALIMA! matutulog kami nito mixing emotion,” a fan gushed within minutes of the announcement.
“Congrats mahalima! nakakaiyak nmn very proud tlga,” another exclaimed.
On Instagram, Lollapalooza shared the full artist lineup for the 2026 festival. Olivia Dean, Charli xcx, Tate McRae, BLACKPINK’s Jennie, Lorde, The Smashing Pumpkins, and The XX will be headlining this year with K-pop groups like aespa, i-dle, and CORTIS set to perform as well. Filipina-British singer-songwriter Beabadoobee is also part of this year’s festivities. The Chainsmokers, Yoasobi, Sombr, and Zara Larsson are just some of the artists expected to perform at Lollapalooza.
Before heading to Chicago, SB19 will be staging their Wakas at Simula: The Trilogy Concert Finale on April 18 at the SMDC Festival Grounds. The concert is the finale to their Simula at Wakas world tour which wrapped up in December 2025. The tour, which kicked off at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan on May 31, made several international stops in countries like Taiwan, United States, Singapore, UAE (Dubai), Qatar (Doha), Saudi Arabia (Riyadh and Jeddah), Thailand, Australia, and New Zealand.
Lollapalooza is an annual four-day music festival held in Grant Park in Chicago which had its start in 1991. Performances are played across eight stages over the four days, covering a variety of music genres.
