1Z Entertainment, the agency behind P-Pop powerhouse SB19, has announced that it is opening auditions for its next batch of artist trainees.
In an Instagram post, the agency invited aspiring performers to take their first step toward their dreams.
"1Z ENTERTAINMENT TRAINEE AUDITION 2026. Every dream has a starting point. This is where it all begins. 1Z Entertainment Trainee Audition for Boys and Girls is now open!" the agency said.
According to 1Z’s website, the audition is open to individuals of any gender and ethnicity, aged 15 to 25, whether they are dancers, singers, or rappers.
Applicants are required to submit a completed online application form, along with a one-minute dance routine and a one-minute vocal performance (singing or rapping), both of which must be raw videos with no edits or filters.
Application period is from January 9 to 23, 2026.
"At 1Z Entertainment, we believe in nurturing talent and fostering creativity. As an artist trainee, you'll gain hands-on experience in the entertainment industry, develop your skills, and create amazing works of art alongside like-minded individuals who share the same passion," the agency said.
It was in October 2023 when SB19 announced the launching of their own agency, 1Z Entertainment.
SB19's leader and main rapper Pablo is the chief executive officer of the company.
"Actually sobrang excited ako ngayon kasi pinaka-pride namin itong 1Z Entertainment. Isa ito sa mga biggest achievements namin in life," Pablo said in an announcement video in 2023. "1Z Entertainment is built by members of SB19 together with all the people behind the cameras... kasama namin sila sa 1Z."
Pablo shared what they aspire to attain with the new company.
"Siguro five years ago when SB19 was just starting, together we had a dream. That dream was to have Filipino music, Filipino talent, the whole Filipino culture to be pinned onto the world map. Sobrang laking pangarap noon para sa amin and we felt like a lot of people din na nakapaligid sa amin, they think that the dream was so big na they feel like we couldn't achieve it," he said.
"Pero nagpatuloy kami kasi naniniwala kami, unang-una sa lahat, we have each other to lean on. At naniniwala kami na kapag pinag-igihan namin ay may mararating kami. Ayun nagpatuloy ang SB19."
