"We Aren't Kids Anymore," a coming-of-age musical by Drew Gasparini, is coming to the Philippine stage this year.
It is the first 2025 offering of Barefoot Theatre Collaborative, the same company behind the critically acclaimed productions "Mula sa Buwan," "Pride Plays," "The Last Five Years," and "Bar Boys: A New Musical."
"We Aren't Kids Anymore" revolves around five people who navigate the complexities of adulthood, and Barefoot's staging includes an all-star cast: Gab Pangilinan, Maronne Cruz, Gio Gahol, Luigi Quesada, and Myke Salomon.
The musical is helmed by Rem Zamora as director, with Myke Salomon and Farley Asuncion as musical directors.
"We Aren't Kids Anymore" will be staged for four weeks from May 2 to 25 at the Power Mac Center Spotlight Blackbox Theater in Circuit Makati.
Opening weekend shows are available at discounted rates of P2,500 for Silver and P3,000 for Gold, with regular tickets at P2,700 and P3,200, respectively.
