Filipino fans are kicking off 2026 with a bang, as January brings a series of K-pop concerts featuring some of the genre's popular artists.
Opening the year is former Super Junior member Kangin, who will bring his “Stunning Together” fan meeting tour to the Philippines.
Presented by CDM Entertainment, the show is set for January 11 at the SM North EDSA Skydome, with tickets ranging from P3,250 to P11,500.
“It’s been many years since we last saw each other. I can’t even remember,” Kangin told fans in a video message. “I have so much I want to say but I’ll reserve it for the fan meeting.”
“The Manila show is the first stop of this fan meeting tour so I’m feeling both nervous and excited. I can’t wait to spend fun time with all of you again,” he said.
On January 17, Red Velvet member Wendy is set to return to the Philippines for “W:ealive,” her first-ever solo world tour.
The tour comes following the singer’s comeback with the extended play “Cerulean Verge,” her first release under new agency ASND.
Wendy last visited the country in September 2024, joining her fellow Red Velvet members for the Manila stop of the group’s “Happiness: My Dear, ReVe1uv” fan concert tour.
On the same day, K-pop boy group RIIZE is returning to the Philippines as part of their “RIIZING LOUD” tour, set to take place at the Mall of Asia Arena.
In a video message, vocalist Sohee said he could “still remember the cheers” from Filipino fans during their “RIIZING DAY” fan concert at the Araneta Coliseum last July 2024.
“We're so excited to meet even more fans in a bigger venue this time,” Sohee said.
His bandmate, Sungchan, added: “We’ll do our best to prepare and give you an amazing show.”
Also on January 17, R&B singer-songwriter Colde is set to take the stage of the Music Museum for his “Blueprint+” tour.
On January 24, pop-rock band Day6 will also return to the Philippines for their “The Decade” tour, celebrating their 10th anniversary. The four-member group, which last performed in the country in February, will hold their concert at the Mall of Asia Arena.
On the same day, Jay, a member of boy band iKON, will also hold his solo concert “Jay 207” at the SM North EDSA Skydome.
Tickets for Jay’s concert are priced from P5,000 to P11,000, with a pre-sale taking place on December 25 before the general sale on January 1, according to Malaysia-based promoter Banyak Bagus Entertainment.
Look ahead
Other K-pop acts have also announced their upcoming events in the Philippines for 2026, with Kim Sejeong and EXO star Chen scheduled to perform in February.
In March, Tomorrow X Together and Park Ji-hoon will host separate brand-sponsored fan meetings, while ATEEZ, SEVENTEEN and Pentagon's Kino are set to come back for their concerts.
Meanwhile, the April lineup so far includes boy band Treasure and chart-topping girl group IVE.
