The nation’s girl group “BINIfied” the Philippine Arena in Bocaue, Bulacan, with their “leveled-up” performances for their year-end party on Saturday.
Among the highlights that hyped Blooms the most were the never-before-seen solo productions of BINI members.
“Doon kami pinaka-excited kasi mas na-showcase nila ibang talents nila na hindi madalas napapakita sa concerts,” Bloom Aire Adams said in an interview.
Members debuted showstopping numbers, featuring fierce performances and intense dance breaks by BINI Aiah, Stacey, and Mikha.
“Intense and dance break pero worth it,” BINI Mikha said. “Grabe, the hard work and thought that went into each song and performance. We tried to remix and do medleys. Grabe minds ng girls, it’s amazing how we came up with different concepts and songs.”
BINI Jhoanna surprised fans with a dramatic entrance on a motorcycle, while BINI Colet showcased her drumming skills.
“Marunong po ako, sa Calamba ginagawa ko,” BINI Jhoanna said.
“Actually, kaya hindi ko sinabi bago pa lang kasi kakabahan ako lalo na. Medyo may background ako kasi tatay ko drummer, narinig ko, nag-aral konti. Naitawid ko, thank you Lord,” BINI Colet added.
BINI Gwen, meanwhile, revealed she had to take extra classes for her number, which featured Latin dance moves.
“Noong nag-dig deep ako sa songs ko, nakita ko na bagay yun. Challenge kasi di naman talaga kami ganoon sumayaw,” she explained.
According to the group’s leader, each member was hands-on in their production — from camerawork and song arrangements to costumes.
“Surprisingly, hindi kami nag-usap sa gusto namin. Nagkaroon lang ng isang meeting, na-bring up namin — walang nagka-pareho. Lahat iba-iba. Pinush namin. Gusto namin mag-level up from our solo performances. Warm up pa lang ngayon, super hands-on namin,” she teased.
Blooms also partied hard with BINI during the production of their hits like “Salamin, Salamin,” which had fans dancing along — and even some lucky attendees being able to do so with the group on stage.
They also treated the crowd to stage debut of their latest record, “FLAMES,” including production where they rode butterfly carts that lifted them mid air.
