Colorful floats inspired by upcoming Filipino films took over the streets of Manila City, Saturday as the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) held its annual MMFF Parade of Stars.
Cast members gamely waved to fans that lined the route of the highly anticipated event which celebrates its 50th iteration this year.
The parade started at the Kartilya ng Katipunan and made its way through the streets of Manila before ending at the Manila Central Post Office.
This year the festival again has 10 Filipino films, continuing the expanded format introduced in 2023.

- Hold Me Close

The MMFF 2024 runs from Christmas Day until January 7, 2025 nationwide.
