Bretman Rock marked his birthday with an intimate celebration surrounded by family and friends before capping off the weekend with a memorable surprise by Filipino girl group BINI during their BINI Signals World Tour stop in Hawaii.

Sharing highlights from the weekend on TikTok, the Filipino social media star reflected on choosing a more low-key birthday celebration this year, saying it allowed him to spend more meaningful time with the people closest to him.

“This year I had such a chill birthday party. I had a very intimate dinner with 70 guests. It was so much fun. It was such a nice dinner and seeing my friends and family chatting to each other. I also feel like I really want to do an intimate party this year because every year I do like a wild big party that I wasn’t able to hang out with my guests, but this year I was able to do it,” Bretman said, sharing about his birthday.

The celebration continued the following day as Bretman attended BINI's first BINI Signals World Tour concert in Hawaii, which he described as an extension of his birthday.

“It’s been two days since my birthday and yesterday felt like an extension of my birthday because I went to the BINI concert. If you don’t know BINI, they are a Filipino girl group who are doing a tour right now so please watch it if you guys can,” he added.

The concert became even more memorable when the eight-member group surprised Bretman by leading the audience in singing "Happy Birthday" to him.

“When I went to the concert, I was greeted with so many of you guys saying hi to me, but also BINI sang a happy birthday to me and I feel so special,” he stated.

Videos shared by concertgoers on Instagram captured the birthday tribute, with fans joining BINI in singing and wishing Bretman a happy birthday.

Bretman later posted photos and clips from his birthday weekend on Instagram, writing: “Birthday weekend was a success 🤟🏽♌️ this one is for da books.”

BINI members Gwen and Maloi also extended their appreciation to the social media star in the comments section.

“thank U BADDEST B !!! 🫵♥️,” Maloi said.

Gwen also expressed, “WE LOVE YOU QUEEN! ❤️”

This is not the first time that Bretman has shown support for the BINI girls. In their historic Coachella stint, Bretman also attended BINI’s stage and took a photo with BINI members Jhoanna, Gwen, and Colet.

He also named his favorite performances: "I guess 'Pantropiko' 'cause I'm OG like that and also 'Salamin, Salamin,' duh?!"

Bretman has also spoken about the significance of BINI's growing international presence. During an episode of The Baddest Radio, he praised the group's appearance at Coachella as a milestone for Filipino representation on the global stage.

“I really don’t think y’all understand how big of a deal it is to have a girl group from the Philippines, like go to Coachella,” he said.

He also recalled watching BINI’s introduction during their Coachella performance when the members spoke in their native languages.

“And I’m like, that’s my Filipino sis,” Bretman said. “They were all speaking their native tongue, but Stacey, I believe, is the only Ilocano one. And I’m like, that’s my bias, period.”

Meanwhile, BINI concluded the first two stops of their world tour performance in Hawaii and Los Angeles.
