Kapamilya actress Belle Mariano had nothing but praise for content creator and former Pinoy Big Brother housemate Esnyr Ranollo following the release of his much-talked-about high school series episode, First Day High.
Speaking during the media launch of her Cosmopolitan Philippines June 2026 cover, Belle shared how happy she was to be among the special guests featured in the viral episode.
“Nakakatuwa. Grabe si Esnyr ah, ang bongga niya talaga. I love Esnyr. I worked with Esnyr nung ‘Love is Color Blind’, and it felt like it was a reunion again of ‘Love is Color Blind’, because our scene again was in school,” Belle recalled.
The actress said one of the highlights of the experience was seeing Esnyr bring his popular online characters to life.
“Nakakatuwa ‘cause like also nakita ko yung iba’t ibang characters ni Esnyr - yung principal, tapos yung sa canteen, and then classmate. So thank you, Esnyr, for inviting us, thank you,” she added.
More than his on-screen personas, Belle said she was impressed by Esnyr's creativity and hands-on approach behind the camera.
“Si Esnyr yung nagdi-direct sa amin! Nakakaproud si Esnyr that time. Giving me instructions, it really was such a fun experience,” she said.
Belle also looked back on the fun moments she shared with fellow actor Donny Pangilinan while filming the episode.
“Yung mga behind the scenes, kasi ang daming nakakatuwang eksena nga doon, tas yung mga reaction nila, so naririnig namin yung mga giggles nila,” she recalled.

For Belle, supporting Esnyr came naturally, describing him as someone special in her and Donny Pangilinan's lives.
“You know Esynr is really a special person to us, and whatever he needs, I will always be there for Esnyr,” Belle said.
Belle and Donny were among the celebrities who made special appearances in the First Day High episode which has already garnered more than 13 million views on YouTube as of this writing.
In the episode, Donny plays a science teacher who develops feelings for Belle's character, a fellow faculty member who eventually leaves for another school before the pair find their way back to each other.
The star-studded episode also featured several celebrities, online personalities, and former Pinoy Big Brother housemates, including Vice Ganda, Enchong Dee, Empoy Marquez, Klarisse De Guzman, Will Ashley, Shuvee Etrata, Mika Salamanca, Brent Manalo, Shan Vesagas, Anthony Constantino, Donna Cariaga, Bella Belen, Mimiyuuuh, Jeo Ong, Pitik Queen, and Queen Dura.
In a past interview with PUSH ABS-CBN, Esnyr shared that he intends to continue creating content despite his growing commitments in showbiz following his Pinoy Big Brother stint.
"Parang 'yun po talaga 'yung core ko kumbaga 'yun po 'yung naging dahilan kung bakit ako nandito. Kaya always ko pong ni-re-remind 'yung sarili ko na hindi ko papabayaan 'yung nga taong naniwala sa akin which is my followers. Kaya ayon po hindi po talaga siya mawawala ['yung content creation] ever," he said.
