Joshua Zamora and Alex Castro expressed how proud they are of the success of their wives, Jopay Paguia and Sunshine Garcia respectively, and their group, the SexBomb Girls. In an interview with King of Talk Boy Abunda, the celebrity husbands shared how they’ve seen every one work hard for the successful concerts that they’ve mounted in the past months.
The SexBomb Girls had their reunion concert late last year and was extended until this year due to its popular demand. They are set to stage another show sometime this year and visit their international fans as well.
“Ako super proud talaga ako dahil wala naman talagang mag akala na ganitong maging kalaki yung concert na 'to. We’re proud to be husbands dahil makita lang namin sila on stage, sila mismo maligaya, for us fulfilling na yun eh,” Joshua expressed.
For actor-turned-politician Alex, he added how he saw Sunshine’s sacrifices in their growing family and how deserving she is to return to her first love–– dancing and performing. He noted how he saw the fire in her eyes during one of her performances at the concert.
“Nakita ko yung sacrifice ng asawa ko sa pamilya namin. Alam ko na isang sinakripisyo niya yung career niya para alagaan yung pamilya niya. Nakita ko siya habang sumasayaw, nakita ko yung ngiti niya, yung mata niya na bago niya ako mahalin yun yung mahal niya eh,” Alex maintained.
“Dapat kami hindi dahil gusto lang namin pumapel dun sa concert kung hindi genuine yung pagka-proud namin bilang asawa dahil nakikita namin ito yung time na nagsh-shine yung asawa namin,” he added.
For both Joshua and Alex, they will continue to support their wives who will showcase their talent alongside the SexBomb Girls, especially as the girl group’s resurgence is happening.
