Sofia Trazona, the trans child of former SexBomb Girls member Izzy Trazona, has spoken up amid the ongoing controversy involving her estranged stepfather, Alvin Aragon.
On Facebook, Sofia shared a direct message addressed to Alvin, expressing exhaustion over the issue and the toll it has taken on her.
“To Mister Aragon, I’m addressing this specifically to you dahil, to be honest, I’m tired. I’m hurting. Pagod na rin ako magdefend at proteksyunan yung nanay ko sa lahat ng mga interviews, sa lahat ng mga nangyari rito sa social media. Napapagod na rin ako,” Sofia said.
Sofia said she does not understand where Alvin’s anger towards her is coming from and called for an end to their public conflict.
“Gusto ko na ring matapos lahat lahat ng ito. Hindi ko rin alam kung saan nanggagaling yung galit mo and galit sa puso mo kasi to be honest, dapat naman full of love tayo. Pero, wala rin naman perfect na Christian,” she said
She went on: “Pero kasi at the same time, bakit wala nang grace, compassion. Hindi mo na kayang magbigay ng grace and compassion tapos bakit kailangan mo sirain yung sarili mo and bakit kailangan mo rin ako sirain?”
Sofia admitted that despite their differences, she had tried to protect Alvin in past interviews by keeping certain personal details. However, she went on to claim that he once choked her during an incident she initially believed was normal discipline.
“Honestly, pagod na pagod na ako. Hindi ko alam kung kailan matatapos ito. I even protected you sa isang interview. Hindi ko nga sinabi na sinakal mo ako ‘di ba? Pero ayon talaga yung totoong nangyari. I even choked for how many seconds bago mo tinigil yung sakal na iyon. Noong time an iyon hindi ko pinersonal iyon dahil akala ko noong time na iyon, normal lang ang ganoong pagdidisiplina pero habang lumalaki ako, mali pala talaga iyon,” Sofia stated.
She ended her message by reiterating that she has no intention of destroying him or his family and wants to move forward peacefully.
“Pagod na pagod na ako. Tama na. Wala akong intensyon na sirain ka. Wala akong intensyon na masira yung family niyo. I'm happy for you guys. Susuportahan ko kayo kung saan man niyo gusto mapunta in life. Let’s just focus on that. Let's just focus on whatever you want to do in life. Ayon lang. Maraming salamat,” she said.
In another post, Sofia expressed how she misses her mom, Izzy while lip-syncing the lyrics of Sam Concepcion and Tippy Dos Santos’s “Dati.”
“I miss you mom (white heart emoji),” to which the former SexBomb member replied, “miss you too (red heart emoji.)
In a vlog by veteran talent manager and showbiz columnist Ogie Diaz, Sofia shared her thoughts about Alvin’s remarks on the LGBTQIA+ community.
“Bakit parang medyo condescending na yung naging interview. Medyo nakaka degrade ng pagkatao na grabe naman yung tingin sa amin, hindi naman kami nag-nakaw–– hindi naman kami pumatay ng tao,” she said.
“Nagtratrabaho naman kami ng maayos, wala naman kaming tinatapakan na ibang tao, masaya namin kami sa ginagawa namin, and meron kaming personal na relasyon sa Diyos at walang pwedeng kumwestyon doon,” she continued.

In the same vlog, Sofia revealed that Alvin had hit her once when she came home late.
“Kaya din ako napagalitan ni Alvin nun kasi Christmas rush yun–– vacation na namin kinabukasan. Bumili lang ako ng pang exchange gift dahil nga malalayo yung malls sa Cavite. Dumaan lang ako for exchange gift and nalate ako ng uwi kasi sobrang haba ng pila sa terminal tapos nagalit siya sa akin kinabukasan,” she expressed.
“Naiintindihan ko naman kasi nag cacare sila sa akin tapos nag aalala din pero wala naman akong kasalanan,” she continued.

According to Sofia, Alvin later asked for forgiveness, and it was the only time he ever hit her.
