Kim Atienza shared a throwback video of his late daughter, Emman, alongside her brother, Jose, when they were younger. In his Instagram post, the celebrity father expressed how grateful he is to have “beautiful kids” as they gave him memories he’ll never forget.
The two-minute video revolved around a little Emman who was dancing around while wearing her pink dress and headband. Her brother was playing and practicing the violin in the background which served as her music for the impromptu performance.

“It’s a video! Go ahead and dance. This is a video,” Kim told Emman in the recording.
In the video, Kim instructed his son to keep on playing his violin as his daughter continued dancing and performing in front of the camera. Emman was three years old at the time while her brother was six.
“This is [a] core family memory. Jose at 6 playing his little violin while my 3 year old Emman dances ballet. These are memories I will never forget,” Kim wrote in the caption.
The celebrity father added that he remains thankful that he has these memories of his children of when they were younger as time has been passing very quickly.
“How time flies! I can only look back and thank God for giving me such beautiful beautiful kids,” he ended.
Friends and fans of the family sent their messages of appreciation and comfort in the comment section of his post. Other netizens shared how much they miss Emman as well after seeing the video.
In a previous interview with Boy Abunda, Kim maintained that he is still grieving over the passing of Emman. He then shared how he’s getting by through the help of his family and his faith.
“It comes and goes eh–– may mga araw na hindi ako okay, may mga araw na okay ako. Kumbaga, yung grief kasi parang ambush yan. Ngayon, okay ako biglang may maalala ako na ginawa namin ni Emman. Maalala ko yung mukha ni Emman or something that reminds me of Emman and then, it attacks you,” he explained.
“My grief will stay with me all my life but I will learn to walk hand in hand with it,” he continued.
Emman passed away last year at the age of 19.
